700g Meat - Serves 4-5 people
Usage:
Use to prepare traditional Vietnamese dishes such as Braised Beef Stew (Bò Kho), Beef Stew in Red Wine (Bò Xốt Vang), Ginger Braised Beef (Bò Kho Gừng), etc.
Detailed Instructions:
Step 1: Marinate 500-700g of beef meat with one packet of Dh Foods Soup Base For Beef Stew for 1-2 hours.
Step 2: Sauté chopped onion, garlic, and crushed lemongrass until fragrant. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry until the meat is lightly browned. Pour in 1.5-2 liters of fresh coconut water or filtered water, then bring to a boil.
Step 3: When the meat is tender, add 200g of lightly fried carrots and simmer gently over low heat.
Step 4: Serve with bread, vermicelli noodles, or rice.
Tip: For a richer and thicker stew, mix cornstarch with water and gradually add it when the dish is almost cooked. -
