    Aged for over three years and bottled at 30% ABV, close to its original strength, it boasts a distinctive smooth, velvety texture and expansive flavor.
    It pairs well not only with Japanese cuisine but also with a wide range of dishes. As a spirit, it can be enjoyed neat as a shot or used as a base for cocktails.
