    Grown in the offshore waters of Otsuki Town in southwestern Kochi Prefecture, our fish thrive in an environment blessed with warm water temperatures throughout the year—ideal conditions for aquaculture in every respect.
    Our feed includes a proprietary blend of vitamin-rich powder developed in-house to enhance the quality of the fish. As a result, the dark red flesh retains its vibrant color longer and offers an exceptionally appealing appearance. To further elevate the flavor, we also incorporate umami-rich ingredients such as seaweed powder, shrimp meal, and crab meal.
