This tenderizer is designed for food processing and meat processing facilities seeking to efficiently break down the fibers and tendons in raw meat while enhancing tenderness. It is particularly ideal for processing centers and production lines handling diverse ingredients such as pork cutlets, grilled meat, and steak.

This equipment is used in the process of cutting and fiber-processing meat by simply passing it through the raw material conveyor line. After purchase, continuous feeding is possible, enabling line production to achieve labor savings and stable production. Improved quality in the cutting process enhances product quality after baking or forming.

・The integrated cover design spanning the feed and discharge sections minimizes access to hazardous areas, enhancing safety.
・Safety sensors are installed on each cover, employing a safety control system that prevents machine operation if any cover is missing.
・Special star-shaped blades efficiently cut through sinew, improving tenderness even in tough meat. The distance between upper and lower blades can be easily adjusted via handle operation.
