The WMU-350S “Ultima” is a meat slicer that achieves a high level of safety, standardization, and hygiene. It visualizes slicing settings, traditionally dependent on the operator's “experience and intuition,” reducing product variation. The fixed blade guard cover prevents accidental access to the blade, while the blade side plate incorporates a highly reliable safety sensor. The design prioritizes accident risk reduction, featuring dual safety controls that prevent machine operation when the cover is open.
Furthermore, it incorporates a mechanism that prevents startup unless the grinding device attachment is confirmed during blade sharpening, enhancing protection against misoperation and accidents. Emphasis is also placed on sanitation (cleanability). The flat, seamless all-stainless steel body is washable with water, reducing cleaning workload and improving hygiene management.
