Inspired by the natural farming methods of Akinori Kimura, known for his “The Miracle Apple,” we have been practicing natural cultivation of grapes and other crops in Taishi Town, Osaka Prefecture since December 2013. Our vineyard, where you can pick your own grapes, is exceptionally rare in that it uses no fertilizers, pesticides, or herbicides. You can enjoy the authentic taste of grapes with complete peace of mind.
