  This is the first craft Gin made in Shimane. 5kinds of ingredients from the forest in Shimane ; Juniper berry, Lindera Umbellata,Cypress, Yuzu citron and Japanese cinnamon are used for aroma of this Gin. We named this SHIN-ON with the appreciation to the forest.
