Located at the foot of the Tateyama Mountain Range, surrounded by the great nature of Toyama Prefecture, we are a long-established miso maker celebrating our 101st year in business this year. We carefully brew our miso using peeled white soybeans and high-quality rice koji, prepared with the pure underground water of the Tateyama Range, investing considerable time and effort. Characterized by the pronounced natural sweetness of the koji, our miso offers an authentic taste rich in umami, depth, and complexity. This unique flavor enhances the taste of various dishes.
Our products have been carried for many years in major supermarkets nationwide, primarily in the Hokuriku region (Toyama, Ishikawa, and Fukui Prefectures).
Additionally, our TV commercial song, composed by Taro Kida, is widely recognized.
