Based in Sapporo, Hokkaido, Fukuyama Jyozo has supported the region’s food culture for more than 130 years since its founding in 1891 through soy sauce, miso and dashi. At our exhibition booth, we focus particularly on miso products that have long been loved in Hokkaido, introducing the concepts and characteristics of our core items such as Kura Jikomi Miso, Doumin no Miso Shirokoshi, Hokkaido no Megumi, Hokkaido Minori Miso and Inaka Miso Liquid Type.

We will clearly highlight points that can be utilized for shelf presentation and menu development, including differences in taste, aroma and color depending on ingredients and maturation methods, as well as product designs that reflect regional preferences. In addition to traditional miso soup, we will also propose usage ideas suitable for a wide range of occasions—from everyday home cooking to deli items, ready-made meals and food service—such as stir-fries, stews, marinades for meat and fish, and dip-style sauces.
