Kakitoma is a seafood-based tomato sauce made with “Hiroshima Oyster” from Masanosuke Shoten, which concentrates the rich flavor of Hiroshima-grown oysters.
Free from preservatives and artificial flavors, it uses only domestic ingredients and was co-developed with chefs from Uluru in Hiroshima Prefecture.
Only carefully selected domestic ingredients are used: tomatoes, onions, pure rice vinegar, honey, and more.
Without spices, the natural sweetness of domestic honey harmonizes with the acidity of tomatoes, enhancing the inherent flavors of the ingredients.

It contains an amount of polyphenols comparable to black vinegar and can be offered as a high-value-added health vinegar.
