This is a joint exhibit with the Total Quality Food Association (TQFA). JFSM staff will be on hand to answer questions about the JFS standard, and food businesses that have acquired the JFS standard will be at the booth on a rotating basis each day to hold business meetings, conduct tastings, and distribute samples.

・It does not use additives derived from animal products such as animal meat, and is finished deliciously based on vegetable ingredients.
・Although it is a processed tofu product, the taste is authentic. It is a taste that will satisfy you.
◎ Lightly and protein.
・The amount of calories and salt equivalent is 1/2 of that of a typical meat sausage. Also, cholesterol is zero.
・Protein can be consumed to the same extent as meat sausages and fish sausages, and it is not inferior.
