In collaboration with our veteran sushi chef, our company has developed new frozen sushi rice, or “frozen shari”, that can be eaten deliciously by simply thawing it naturally at room temperature. We choose rice that goes perfectly with sushi. In addition to rice vinegar, we also use red vinegar, black vinegar, and wine vinegar to make various kinds of “shari rice”.
We can also provide shari rice according to customer requests! Please feel free to contact us for more information about frozen shari rice.
We also make frozen nigiri sushi using carefully selected toppings.

We have developed frozen nigiri sushi by pairing carefully selected toppings with our proprietary frozen sushi rice. The product can be enjoyed simply by natural thawing at room temperature, while maintaining excellent taste and texture.
All toppings are carefully selected from trusted wholesalers at Toyosu Market and other major seafood markets, as well as from specialized seafood suppliers. We source sushi-grade ingredients that meet strict criteria for quality, flavor, appearance, traceability, and stable supply. A wide variety of vinegars and toppings is available, and OEM production is also supported.
Our products are frozen and packaged in the shape of nigiri sushi, with the topping and rice already combined. After thawing, they are ready to eat as is. Even when naturally thawed at room temperature, the sushi rice does not undergo starch retrogradation (whitening), allowing you to enjoy the same flavor and umami as freshly prepared sushi.
Our proprietary sushi rice, developed in-house, maintains a moisture level after thawing comparable to that of freshly cooked polished rice, successfully maximizing both flavor and umami.

In collaboration with experienced sushi chefs, we have developed frozen sushi rice that can be enjoyed simply by natural thawing at room temperature, without compromising taste or texture.
We use Sasanishiki rice, sourced directly from a contracted farm in Yamagata Prefecture. The rice is cultivated with 100% organic fertilizer–based soil management and comes from a producer that has won the Grand Prize at Japan’s National Rice Contest.
Our sushi rice is available in six variations: rice vinegar, red vinegar, black vinegar, red wine vinegar, white wine vinegar, and Halal-certified rice vinegar. This allows customers to select their preferred sushi rice to best complement different toppings—for example, pairing red wine vinegar rice with roast beef. All vinegars are produced domestically by long-established Japanese manufacturers.
Both the sugar and salt used are domestically sourced. The salt is a premium sea salt made from seawater from the Seto Inland Sea.
