Hyappa Brews specializes in craft beer and other beverages that incorporate local ingredients, sustainable/ regenerative production methods, and up-cycling. Our products strive to highlight the unique historical, local and cultural aspects of our community.
Our facilities and experience also allow for cost-effective, small batch OEM production to accentuate our clients' specialities whether fruits/ vegetables, heirloom grains or local lore.
Hyappa Brews is also the exclusive importer of Phenowin, an up-cycled olive mill water polyphenol extract. Derived from organically- certified olive oil processing, Phenowin is a powerful natural anti-oxidant/ anti-inflammatory with potential and proven applications as a health supplement, preservative or cosmetic additive.

This Made In Gamagori craft beer is inspired by Gamagori City in Aichi Prefecture, which faces Mikawa Bay and is famous for its mandarin oranges. The citrus hop aroma and easy-to-drink taste are reminiscent of the mandarin orange-scented sea breeze.

This craft beer is packed with the flavor of Gamagori City, Aichi Prefecture, where the brewery is located. It uses generous amounts of Gamagori mandarin orange juice and adds wheat grown by our company on abandoned farmland in Gamagori City, giving it a smooth taste. It's an IPA-style craft beer that lets you directly experience the citrus flavor of mandarin oranges.

This craft beer was created by our company, which was born in Okazaki, and is inspired by Tokugawa Ieyasu, who was born in Okazaki. It uses Okazaki's ancient purple barley, cultivated in-house, as part of its ingredients, and adds a bitter accent with reishi mushrooms, which Tokugawa Ieyasu, known for being a Chinese medicine enthusiast, liked to drink. The product name is a play on words between the beer style ESB (Extra Special Bitter) and Ieyasu (Ieyasu).

You can create your own original beer. Since we are a small brewery, we can accept orders as small as 60 bottles per lot. You can freely customize the beer style, ingredients, secondary ingredients, hops, etc. You can also freely produce the label design after the product is completed. We have a track record of receiving orders for original beer from restaurants, fishing tackle shops, roadside stations, painters, YouTubers, and more.
