At the foot of Mont Ventoux, in the southeast of the Rhône Valley, Château Pesquié is a family estate located in the heart of the Ventoux appellation. For three generations, the Chaudière family has been passionately producing wines with the freshness and finesse characteristic of this exceptional terroir.
The Ventoux terroir is one of the coolest microclimates in the southern Rhône Valley. Although the Château Pesquié vineyard is located in the far south of the Rhône Valley, the altitude (250 to 400m) and the coolness of Ventoux (with significant temperature variations) provide excellent physiological balance for the vines and enhance the color, concentration, freshness, and balance of our wines.
In 2007, the estate converted to organic farming and the wines are now certified by Ecocert.
