At the OKOSHIYA booth, we present two flagship products under the theme “Bringing Japanese tradition to today’s table,” based on over 60 years of Japanese confectionery craftsmanship. The exhibition shows how traditional Japanese foods can evolve to fit modern lifestyles and global food trends.

The first product, “Okoshi Kibun [Snack],” reimagines one of Japan’s oldest traditional confections for contemporary snacking. Made from brown rice and naturally derived ingredients such as beet sugar, it is gluten-free and features a light, crisp texture. By carefully adjusting sweetness and hardness, it can be enjoyed across generations and cultures, making it suitable for office snacking, gifts, and overseas markets.

The second product, “Kazoku ga Tsunagaru Granola (Granola that Connects Families),” is a gut-health-focused granola designed for both people and pets. Developed under the supervision of a licensed veterinarian, it is made without white sugar and uses simple, carefully selected ingredients. It proposes a new concept of shared food experiences that connect families through everyday meals.
