La Vecchia Dispensa among the oldest producers of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, with 120 years of history and that still obtains its products according to the ancient tradition.
Our collections tell a long family story, handed down with devotion: every product is unique and unrepeatable, thanks to our high attention to details, starting with raw materials up to the packaging.
The first ingredient of all our products is cooked grape must, slowly aged in the wood of our ancient barrels.
