Founded over 30 years ago, in the 1980s, by Francesco G. Maria Ricci, who wanted to revolutionise the concept of Extra Virgin Olive Oil production, with the ambitious goal of bringing a completely new product to the market, capable of satisfying even the most demanding palates. Over the years, it has become a benchmark in international cuisine, acting as a bridge between Western and Eastern cuisine.
