We use fully ripened early-ripened mandarins (harvested from early November to late December) mainly from the "Arida mandarins" of the Arida region of Wakayama Prefecture, a mandarin orange producing area. The raw material is Unshu mandarins, which have an excellent balance of sweetness and sourness. The "Kiwami" mandarin orange juice produced by Matsuo Co., Ltd. is a blend of mandarins with a sugar content of approximately 11.5 to 13 degrees, and by deliberately peeling the skin of each mandarin orange by hand and squeezing the flesh whole, we create a flavorful, thick, and rich straight mandarin orange juice.
