Minoya Arare Manufacturing Headquarters, established in 1929 in the port city of Yokohama, is a Kanagawa Prefecture-designated specialty confectionery manufacturer.
Our crackers are made from 100% pure glutinous rice dough, finished with a sauce base featuring specially brewed dark soy sauce and white soy sauce made exclusively for us in Nagano.
In 1967, at the 6th Monde Selection, our "Cocktail Crackers" earned the honor of being the first rice cracker to win a Gold Award.
They have long been exported and enjoyed worldwide, as well as domestically.
