PREMIUM WINE / GASTRONOMY / LUXURY HOSPITALITY Our estate is located in the heart of Goriška Brda, a historic winegrowing landscape where nature, geology, and human dedication have been intertwined for centuries. This borderland between the Alps and the Adriatic Sea is defined by rolling hills, terraced vineyards, and an extraordinary diversity of microclimates. It is a place where viticulture is not merely an agricultural activity but a cultural legacy passed down through generations. Our estate stands as a living expression of this heritage, shaped by time, patience, and a deep respect for the land. From this unique environment emerge the wines of our Cru Selection, Opoka, and Numerals One lines.
At the core of our identity lies the soil known locally as opoka. This ancient marine sediment, composed of marl and sandstone, is the defining element of our vineyards. Opoka is poor in nutrients yet rich in minerals, forcing the vines to struggle, dig deep, and naturally limit their yields. This struggle is essential. It results in small berries, thick skins, and grapes of remarkable concentration and balance. Opoka imparts a distinctive mineral backbone to our wines, expressed t -
Usage Scenes(Usage/Recipies)
Our wines from the Cru Selection, Opoka, and Numerals One lines are crafted for moments where authenticity, precision, and origin truly matter. They are ideally suited for fine dining restaurants, Michelin-starred gastronomy, and curated wine pairings where terroir-driven, natural wines are valued. These wines are perfect for sommeliers seeking expressive, organic, and natural bottlings with depth and aging potential.
They are equally intended for private collectors, wine connoisseurs, and cellars focused on long-term evolution, as well as for special occasions that call for character and distinction rather than volume. Our wines shine in intimate tastings, vertical comparisons, and contemplative settings where time, attention, and craftsmanship are fully appreciated. -
Specialities,Sales point
Our wines are defined by authenticity, terroir, and a strict natural philosophy. All wines are organically certified and produced using natural winemaking principles: organic viticulture, hand harvesting, spontaneous fermentations with native yeasts, no additives, and minimal or no sulfur. This guarantees purity, transparency, and true expression of place.
Planted on rare opoka soils, our vineyards produce wines with distinctive mineral tension, freshness, and aging potential. Low yields and deep-rooting vines result in concentration, balance, and longevity. The Cru Selection line highlights our finest vineyard parcels in exceptional vintages, while the Opoka line expresses the geological identity of the estate across varieties. Numerals One represents our most limited and selective wines, crafted only in outstanding years.
Limited production, strong terroir identity, and natural, certified organic credentials make our wines highly attractive for fine dining, top sommeliers, collectors, and premium markets seeking character, exclusivity, and long-term value. - Countries of Trade
