Specialities,Sales point
A cloudy sake brewed with Tsuyahime rice.
Made using Yamagata Prefecture's premium “Tsuyahime” rice, a Special A-grade brand.
This sake is characterised by a smoother, more refreshing finish than typical cloudy sakes, achieved through a unique, specialised pressing method that yields a coarser texture.
This is the only cloudy sake made exclusively from 100% Tsuyahime rice.
Yamagata Prefecture is known as the kingdom of ginjo sake in Japan's sake production, and within this prefecture, in the Shōnai region, lies the sake brewery producing the “Kiyoizumigawa” brand of sake.
The “Kiyoizumigawa” brewery crafts exceptionally delicious sake using superb rice harvested from the local Shōnai Plain and groundwater sourced from the nearby Mount Chōkai.
