  • Specialities,Sales point

When poured into a glass, this sake appears at first glance to be the colour of white wine.
Its aroma unfolds with a refreshing citrus note, combined with a hint of sweetness.

Upon tasting, a soft sweetness is initially perceived, followed by a grapefruit-like acidity.
The finish evokes the sensation of drinking a rich Chardonnay white wine.

This sake's flavour profile differs entirely from other Japanese sakes due to the citric acid produced during its white koji fermentation process.

Its most distinctive characteristic is a pleasant acidity within a full-bodied texture.

The unique tartness of citric acid makes fried foods refreshingly light.

This sake, whilst a Japanese spirit, offers the same versatility as white wine for enjoying diverse pairings.
It is a truly outstanding sake.
