  • Specialities,Sales point

This junmai daiginjo is brewed using 100% Yukihime, a sake-brewing rice developed by Yamagata Prefecture specifically for daiginjo brewing.

This sake embodies a Japanese terroir, meticulously crafted through a trinity of elements: using locally harvested Yukimegami rice from the Shōnai Plain, water sourced from the underground spring of sacred Mount Chōkai flowing beneath the brewery, and employing unique brewing techniques honed over 150 years.

This sake, “Kinkanokura”, allows you to fully savour a junmai daiginjo crafted from Yamagata's sake rice, Yukihime.
