This is the ultimate Sanuki udon, made using 100% of the Kagawa Prefecture brand wheat 'Sanuki no Yume,' which was developed specifically for Sanuki udon. It is crafted using the traditional Sanuki method, which involves repeated aging and stretching. It is characterized by the rich flavor of the wheat, the distinctively firm and bouncy texture unique to Sanuki, and a smooth, silky, and slippery mouthfeel.
