GIOIELLA, whose motto is "Gioia a tavola" (Joy at the table), was founded in 1942 by brothers Sebastiano and Francesco Capurso in Gioia del Colle, Puglia.
From a small shop in the town center and a single milkman's bicycle, the company has grown to produce mozzarella that is now found on dining tables all over Italy.
