Usage Scenes(Usage/Recipies)
This powdered dashi is made with carefully selected ingredients and contains no additives.
Thanks to its finely milled texture, it dissolves quickly and is easy to use, which has been highly praised by our customers.
It is perfect for soups and broths, and because it can be used without heating, it also works beautifully as a Japanese-style seasoning.
How to Use
As a dashi (broth):
Mix 1 tablespoon (approx. 10 g) with 100–150 ml (about 3.5–5 fl oz) of hot water or cold water.
Ideal for miso soup, clear soups, simmered dishes, hot pots, noodle soup bases, tempura dipping sauce, ohitashi (blanched vegetables), mixed rice, curry, stew, and even Chinese-style soups.
As a seasoning:
Sprinkle a small amount to add a professional depth of flavor.
Perfect for rice seasoning, stir-fries, ginger pork, fried rice, yakisoba, okonomiyaki, vinegar-based dishes, rolled omelets, pasta, pot-au-feu, dressings, and even for enriching nukazuke (fermented rice bran pickles).
No heating required. -
