This is 100% natural honey harvested in the pristine and untouched natural environment of New Caledonia.
No pollen removal, deodorization, decolorization, or other industrial processing is carried out, preserving the honey’s original aroma, flavor, and natural characteristics.
Due to the absence of large-scale monoculture farming, most varieties are multifloral honeys, offering distinctive regional terroir and floral complexity depending on the area of harvest.
Honey is collected only after full natural ripening, as determined by the bees themselves, ensuring stable quality, rich flavor, and natural sweetness.
New Caledonia is one of the very rare regions in the world officially recognized as free from Varroa mites, allowing beekeeping without the use of chemicals or antibiotics, under strict environmental protection. - Countries of Trade
