    We use the traditional Sanukimethod, kneading the dough thoroughly with a large amount of water and aging it for a long time before cutting it into noodles. This somen is characterized by its firm texture and smooth, pleasant throat feel. This value pack contains seven bundles of 90g each, enough for seven servings.
