    This hand-stretched somen noodle is made using 100% first-grade wheat flour from Hokkaido and produced with a unique method from Shodoshima (Kagawa Prefecture) that incorporates sesame oil in the stretching process. It features the rich, subtly sweet flavor of Hokkaido wheat, a firm texture, and a chewy, smooth mouthfeel.
