This is a traditional hand-stretched somen noodle, a specialty product from Awa(Tokushima), made using 100% premium first-grade wheat flour from Hokkaido. Compared to some from other regions, these noodle are thicker and offer a firm texture along with a smooth and slippery mouthfeel.
