    People who keep in good health all love to drink this mushroom soup, especially the elderly and children. These mushrooms, after being stewed into a soup, can help supplement calcium and enhance immunity.

  • Usage Scenes(Usage/Recipies)

    1.Firming up the mushrooms first: Pour the mushrooms into a basin, and soak them in warm water for 20-25 minutes. Afer soaking, gently rinse them twice with clean water to remove the impurities and the unpleasant smell produced during the soaking process.
    2.Preparing the soup base: If using meat, wash and boil the chicken, pork bones or lean meat etc. to remove the blood and fishy smell.Put the boiled meat into the soup pot and add enough water or mineral water. Bring to a boil over high heat and then turn to low heat for slow simmering.
    Adding mushrooms:
    After 30-50 minutes of simmering the meat, add the soaked and cleaned mushrooms and the water used for soaking the mushrooms to the soup pot.
    Keep the heat low for slow simmering to better release the flavor and nutrients of the mushrooms.
    Seasoning and serving:
    After simmering for about 30-40 minutes, the taste and color of the soup will become rich and delicious.
    About 5 minutes before serving, add an appropriate amount of salt according to personal taste for seasoning.
    Finally, you can sprinkle some scallions or cilantro to enhance the flavor and add color and texture to the soup.
