    AZIM HOLDİNG GROUP – AKAN FLOUR MILLS AND PASTA is one of Turkey’s leading wheat flour and pasta mills and producers, with a daily production capacity of 1,550 metric tons of wheat flour and 360 metric tons of pasta. In addition to the domestic market, we export wheat flour to many countries worldwide, including countries in the Middle East, Venezuela, Cuba, Sri Lanka, and several African nations.

    Akan Flour Mills produces all types of wheat flour, such as flour for bakery products, pasta, biscuits, chapatis, croissants, baklava, pastries, cakes, pizza, burgers, and animal feed, among others, according to customer specifications.

    Regarding pasta, our factory recently began producing durum wheat pasta using the latest global methods and technologies. We have four production lines: two for long pasta and two for short pasta. We also have 20 different molds for various pasta shapes.
