Specialities,Sales point
Simply dissolve in hot water to create delicious ramen soup.
We have pursued the original deliciousness of soy sauce ramen with a plant-based base (plant-derived ingredients). It is a sharp soy sauce ramen soup that uses 2 types of soy sauce (tamari and koji) and has a good balance of kombu flavor and pepper.
Products that do not use animal-derived ingredients do not use animal-derived ingredients, so they have no richness or depth, and have a light taste. Therefore, the current situation is that there are many people who feel that it is unsatisfactory. We thought that if that problem could be improved, many people would be able to eat delicious ramen on a daily basis, so we worked on product design. We are a company founded 94 years ago, and we are a company that specializes in making ramen soup. Since flavors are created together with ramen specialty stores, we have knowledge and technology, and it is possible to make rich, deep, and satisfying ramen soups even with products that do not use animal-derived ingredients, and we have commercialized it now.
