    Q & A
    Q. How much raw material is required to produce 100 liters of product?
    A. This depends on the type of agricultural product and ingredients used. For sweet fruits, approximately 30 kg is generally sufficient to produce 100 liters of vinegar.
    For drinking vinegar products, additional fruit may be required for flavor adjustment.
    Q. Can you produce fruit drinking vinegar based on black vinegar, or unfiltered (cloudy) vinegar?
    A. Yes, we can.

    A. We have experience developing over 300 varieties of agricultural products, plants, and marine ingredients into vinegars and seasonings.
    Some raw materials are extremely difficult to ferment into vinegar, and we leverage the expertise we have cultivated since our founding to support our clients’ product development.
    Because we employ traditional fermentation methods, our vinegar has a smooth, mellow finish without harshness. While taste preferences vary, many customers appreciate this well-rounded character.
