Measure 1 gou of this product at 120g (about 8/10ths of a 1 gou cup). It can be cooked without soaking.
Add water according to the white rice scale on your rice cooker and cook in the same way as white rice.
*Adjust the amount of water to your liking.
Do not wash this product; stir lightly and soak for 30 minutes to 1 hour before cooking.
Once cooked, steam for about 15 minutes to loosen the rice thoroughly.
*When cooking together with white rice, add this product after rinsing the rinsed rice, or leave the pre-washed rice as is without rinsing it, and cook.
*The water will become slightly cloudy when you add water, but this is rice bran, so continue cooking as is.

This product is made with 100% Akita Komachi rice, a specially cultivated agricultural product from Ogata Village, Akita Prefecture.
