Measure 1 cup of this product at 120g (about 8/10th of a 1 cup). It will cook without soaking.
Add water according to the white rice scale on your rice cooker and cook in the same way as you would white rice.
*Adjust the amount of water to your liking.
This product is highly absorbent, so if you mix it with white rice and soak it in water, please leave it for no more than an hour.
If you are soaking the rice in water for a long time using a timer, the amount of this product should be approximately 20% of the total weight of the rice you are cooking.
