By freezing rice cooked with 50 years of experience and rice cooking technology since its founding, it is a "frozen inari sushi" with excellent reproducibility after thawing by freezing it in the latest rapid freezer. The defrosting method is not only to increase the range, but also to defrost naturally, and the rice will not turn into white wax.
