| Exhibited products | Established in 2018 and incorporated in 2020, The Honey Library has grown from weekly farmers markets in Sydney and Newcastle to major trade shows and events operating in five states/territories in Australia. The Honey Library has survived COVID, floods, fires, varroa mite, and recession. The Honey Library was awarded the very prestigious Commercial Honey Champions 2025 at the Sydney Royal Easter Show. All of its entries scored medals. Its highest scoring entry, Raw Creamed Honey, was graded the first ever Gold in the modern scoring system with a score of 97/100. This is the highest-ever scoring creamed honey in the entire history of the Royal Sydney Fine Food Show and National Honey Competition. It is the only creamed honey to ever score over 94/100. The Honey Library is widely considered the leader in Australia for Creamed Honey. The Honey Library produces and collects the highest quality of honey in Australia. We are looking to enter into the Asian market and adapt our brand and products to meet the needs and wants of each market. |
