    This is a soy-based sauce with low acidity, featuring the exquisite vegetable umami of Hokkaido’s famous “Jin Tare” and the mellow, well-rounded flavor of kelp root (nekonbu) dashi.
    It is mild and easy for children to enjoy, and crafted to be delicious for people of all ages.
