Exhibited products	Mandarine is a representative variety of Jeju mandarin, grown naturally in open fields without the use of greenhouses. Ripened under natural sunlight and cultivated in the clean environment of Jeju Island, this mandarin is known for its high sugar content (around 12ºBrix), low acidity (approximately 1%), and rich juiciness. The fruit is harvested from November to January and is especially favored for its smooth peel, thin skin, and ease of consumption. As Korea’s representative winter fruit, it enjoys strong popularity both domestically and internationally for its fresh taste and excellent quality.
