===== About “Val d’Oca” =====
Val d’Oca is a long-established winery founded in 1952 and one of the leading producers of Prosecco in the Veneto region. Supported by a cooperative of 602 grape-growing families, the winery cultivates high-quality grapes with great care.
From prestigious Cartizze Prosecco to DOCG and DOC selections, as well as approachable everyday sparkling wines, Val d’Oca offers a wide range of bottles crafted with confidence and pride.
Its Prosecco is produced in the UNESCO-listed hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, an area known for its steep slopes and pristine natural environment—conditions that help create wines often described as “gems.” Holding nearly 10% of the total production in the Valdobbiadene DOCG area, Val d’Oca continues to earn strong trust for its consistent quality.

Val d’Oca Millesimato Extra Dry is one of the most successful examples of a ‘cuvée’, a project with a positive, decades-long track record, and an unmistakable taste profile in which the skill of the winemaker is decisive: his work on the blend, year after year, contributes to what can now be defined as a ‘classic’ in the Prosecco Superiore area.
Tasting:
It is straw-yellow in colour. The nose is rich and fruity, with notes of yellow apple and pear that close with pleasant citrus nuances. On the palate, it is soft and balanced. A gratifying savouriness, added to the sweeter fruity notes, yields pleasantly fresh sensations.
