
Our company carries out fully controlled, antibiotic-free aquaculture of Japan’s native cherry salmon (Sakura-masu) in Miyazaki Prefecture.
At our booth, we are offering tastings of our Hon Sakura-masu, Hyuganatsu Salmon—raised on feed blended with Miyazaki’s local citrus Hyuganatsu—and Tsukimi Ikura, a rare golden salmon roe harvested from Sakura-masu.
