Wakayama Yuasa Winery is the first winery in Wakayama Prefecture, located in Yuasa Town, known as the birthplace of soy sauce. It is committed to producing wine that maximizes the blessings of the local area and promoting the appeal of food. Focusing on fruits grown in Wakayama, nurtured by a warm climate and rich nature, we carefully brew our wines to bring out the natural aroma and flavor of the ingredients, pursuing wines that are unique to Wakayama and deeply rooted in the region. What we value most is connecting the local culture and culinary traditions to the future. Yuasa Town has long been a town where fermentation culture thrives, and while inheriting that spirit, we are expressing the charms of the region through the new form of wine. Our diverse lineup, featuring Wakayama’s representative fruits such as plums, citrus, and grapes, is enjoyed in a wide range of settings, from everyday meals to gifts and travel memories.
