100 Years with Tea, and a Future Promise. Since our founding in 1905, we have focused on developing raw tea processing equipment, such as steamers and dryers, primarily for the sencha tea industry.
We support the food industry, focusing on tea, with our knowledge and technology of tea-making machinery, which we have cultivated over many years, and are constantly making new proposals. This time, we are proposing tea ingredients. We can manufacture and sell them to order.
1. GABA Matcha (GABA tea made from tea leaves that are stable and high quality while maintaining their green color)
2. Lemon Myrtle Tea (herbal tea made from domestically produced lemon myrtle and tea leaves)

Breaking a 30-Year Silence: The Future of Green Tea
More than 30 years ago in Japan, an innovative tea called Gabalon Tea was developed. Using natural processes, it contained GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid) at levels far higher than conventional tea and attracted attention for its potential to promote relaxation. However, its earthy aroma and brown color prevented it from becoming part of everyday life. It was valued for health benefits, not for enjoyment.
We believed that tea must remain true to its nature. The aroma, the vivid green color, and the pleasure of drinking it should never be compromised. Guided by this principle, we conducted hundreds of trials, making precise adjustments to temperature and time, and ultimately developed a new production method, now under patent application.
The result is a tea that retains a bright green color and a fresh, calming aroma, with a taste comparable to premium matcha and fine sencha. It delivers rich umami while naturally containing a high concentration of GABA, preserved through our proprietary process.
Today, matcha is enjoyed worldwide. Looking ahead, we believe that matcha combining vivid green color with high GABA content will bec

Lemon myrtle is known around the world for its pure, vibrant citrus aroma.
At the same time, it is widely considered too sensitive to cold to be grown successfully in Japan.
We chose to challenge that assumption.
Through careful cultivation and climate control, we succeeded in growing lemon myrtle domestically in Japan, managing every step from leaf to cup.
This is not imported material blended later — it is a herb grown with intention, in harmony with Japanese tea culture.
The next challenge was not what to blend, but how to blend.
Most herbal green teas are created by simply mixing finished tea leaves with dried herbs.
This often results in sharp aromas, uneven flavor, and a sense that the tea and herb remain separate.
Our approach is different.
Backed by over 120 years of expertise as a Japanese green tea processing machinery manufacturer,
we integrate lemon myrtle leaves directly into the green tea processing stage.
The result is a tea that feels naturally unified:
The umami of Japanese green tea gently supporting the aroma
This is not a flavored tea.
where herb and leaf are developed together through process, not added afterward.
