Exhibited products Lark Hill Winery is a family-owned, certified biodynamic producer based in the Canberra District of New South Wales. Founded in 1978 and organically/biodynamically certified since 2003, it is now led by second-generation winemaker Chris Carpenter. Lark Hill farms estate vineyards in a high-altitude, cool-climate region and focuses on varieties such as Riesling, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Grüner Veltliner, and Sangiovese. Wines are made with a low-intervention approach to preserve purity, natural acidity, and balance, resulting in elegant, food-friendly styles. Sustainability is central to the business, including biodynamic viticulture, minimal chemical inputs, solar power, and recyclable packaging.
