Mare Santo matures for 12–24 months, 20 meters beneath the Adriatic, where the sea and minerals gently enhance its flavor, complexity, and elegance. Each bottle gradually collects shells and traces of the sea, becoming completely unique. The result is a sparkling wine with perfect harmony of flavor. Born on the green hills of the Collio (Goriška Brda) in western Slovenia, where the Mediterranean air meets the Alpine wind. Here thrives Ribolla Gialla, a grape with a Roman history, long celebrated by poets and emperors. Ribolla (Rebula) is the soul of Mare Santo Cuvée Prestige, blended with Chardonnay. Each grape is hand-picked, and only the best make it into the bottles.
