Barramundi Gardens is 100% family owned and run by farmers, Tim and Gail Thiele, who have been operating since 2002, growing high quality Barramundi for the food service industry in the pristine hinterland of Port Douglas, Tropical Far North Queensland. Our commitment to provenance and honest Australian ingredients shapes everything we do.
Specialising in Australian Made Gourmet Spring rolls crafted with premium local ingredients. Our signature and original product, the Barramundi Spring Roll, is created onsite using our own home grown Pure Australian Barramundi, fresh cut vegetables and handmade sauces, giving us complete control over quality from water to plate.
