Otree Foods' Chunk Jam is a versatile fruit jam ingredient for various bakery, beverage, and dessert topping applications. A combination of fruit sauce and soft fruit chunks, it is made from select high-quality fruits with well-preserved fruit flesh ‘chunks’ that perfectly retain the natural taste and flavor of the fruit.
Beyond a spreadable jam, the Chunk Jam is specifically tailored for use in cafes and bakeries. Each flavor is a balance of the ideal sweetness, acidity, viscosity, and solubility for applying to various beverage, bakery, and dessert menus. It can be mixed with milk, sparkling water, or tea for a flavorful fruit beverage, spread on cakes or filled in a donut, and paired with yogurt or ice cream to add a touch of fruit. It can also be mixed with fresh cream and cream cheese to create fruit creams for bagel spreads and other dessert topping applications.
We offer a wide range of 17 flavors, and are open to flexible customization options for clients with specific application needs.
