Ollebadang fishermen's union corporationn, was established in 2011 and is registered as a HACCP-certified and U.S. FDA food facility.
We are developing processed foods using Jeju-do seafood as well as various seafood products that have been vacuum-packed individually after cleaning and trimming high-quality seafood caught in Jeju's clean waters.
We developed cup noodles using Jeju red-banded lobster in 2020, and in 2021, we applied for a patent and received a trademark for a method of making Jeju red-banded lobster tea bag for broth.
There are a total of three flavors, including the original with the patented roasting red-banded lobster tea bag soup, the deep flavor <BLACK> of soybean paste base, and the pleasant spicy taste <RED>.
If you visit our booth, you can see not only Jeju red-banded lobster noodle, but also <Jeju One Spoon>, which can make clean broth, and <Soy Sauce Marinated Abalone and Jeju Red-banded Lobster>, which can be enjoyed the best combination of umami flavor and chewy texture.
