In Lithuania, a country of forests and lakes, there is a traditional custom of preserving berries harvested in autumn as syrup and diluting them with hot water to replenish nutrients that tend to be lacking during the winter season.

Re:Do was established in Sweden and product plant-based protein bars. The founder, Linda Johnsson, created the protein bars to support a pro ice hockey player as his wife with the aim of offering easy access to nutrition, even on a tight schedule.
